How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At Boho Box, our Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery option is fast and free. We process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, Monday - Saturday.

We also offer quicker delivery times for just £1 extra. For further details regarding delivery estimates and delivery options (including international shipping), please see our delivery and returns page.


I don't know my ring size - help!

No problem - Please take a look at our ring size guide to find out what would be most suitable for you. All our sizes are in the standard UK letters, however you can find a conversion chart on the size guide page if you are more familiar with European or US sizes.

Quick tip - always go one size up if you are in-between two sizes on the chart.


Where is my order confirmation email?

When you make an order, you would have received an order confirmation email instantly.

We will then send you another email 24-48 hours later, saying that your items are on their way to you.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your junk or spam folder and you may find them sitting in there. 


How will my items be packaged when they arrive?

We pride ourselves in our beautiful Boho Box packaging and want customers to feel excited when their order arrives.

This packaging will be placed inside a protective jiffy bag, ready for you to open when it arrives. We try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, so if ordering multiple items we will send them in one package.


Do you do international delivery?

Sure! We can deliver to almost anywhere in the world. If you are ordering outside of the UK, please select International shipping at the checkout. Our international delivery rates are very competitive. For more info on delivery, please take a look at the delivery page


How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please send us a quick message and we can send you our returns address.

Please note - if you received a free gift with your order, you would need to return this along with the packaging to be eligible.

How do I get a discount?

We offer special discounts and offers exclusively to our Boho Box family. All you need to do is subscribe to our mailing list and we'll send you a discount code. You'll also be entered into monthly prize draws automatically to win some of our favourite boho jewellery pieces!


Where do I enter my discount code?

You can enter a discount code at the checkout in the Order Summary section.

Using a computer

You will see this option on the right hand side of the screen.

Using a mobile

You will have the option to enter your discount code at the very last stage of the checkout when you confirm your payment method. There will be a discount code box. Simply enter your code in there and the discount will be applied.


Do you have any reviews?

Is your site safe?

Absolutely! We use Secure SSL encryption for our checkout and the way that it's set up means that we don't hold any card details or personal bank information on our customers whatsoever.

We take security and privacy very seriously and have taken extra precautions to ensure that customer information is kept private and cannot be accessed by others.

In fact, when a customer order is made, we can only see the items ordered, the name, address and the price that was paid. We will not be able to see the card number or any sensitive information. We value our customer's privacy and believe that having a highly secure website is extremely important.
