Orders are sent with tracking via Royal Mail 2nd Class, meaning that you can expect your beautiful boho jewellery to arrive between 3-5 working days after placing an order.
However, If you are simply itching to get your hands on one of our latest collections or jewellery pieces sooner than 3-5 days, then we've got you covered - We also offer faster delivery options too, starting from as little as £1.

If your item is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and we will provide you with a 100% refund immediately, no questions asked. If you would like to return your jewellery to us for a refund or exchange within the 21-day timeframe, you would be responsible for the postage and packaging costs. Please be aware that if a free gift was included in your order, the item(s) will also need to be returned prior to issuing a refund. If your return or order is of a high value, we would recommend returning it via recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail without tracking numbers. Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds or exchanges on earrings and studs.
